Mintra and Domain Registrations.
Customer Service Level Agreement for internet services:
Please note that we generally do domain registrations on behalf of
clients with service level agreements, details in the agreement may
replace these given here. If you currently have no agreement with us
you may wish to transfer your domain we can help you with that.
The remainder of this document is here to satisfy the requirements of the members organisation Nominet, and relates to all existing domains registered without an agreement.
1) Communications – All email communications should be followed by a telephone call to us to tell inform us of a change. Our phone lines are open 9-6pm Monday to Friday or as per your contract. We should then complete and changes requested with 8 working hours. The number to call is 0161 256 4030
2) Domain renewals, we will notify you 30 days in advance of any renewal, and if you do not contact us we will phone you to ask if you need a renewal just before the domain needs renewal.
3) Domain Abuse – This often means that someone has registered a domain using a similar name to an existing company, in which case can be seen to be passing them selves off as the existing company. Please email domains@mintra.com and follow this up with a telephone call to 0161 256 4030 if you have any concerns relating to domain abuse.
4) Complaints – If you have any complaints about our service please send an email to domains@mintra.uk and call 0161 256 4030. All complains will be responded to within 8 working hours, or sooner if the service level agreement requires this.
